SUMMARY OUTCOME DOCUMENT: FIRST MEETING OF THE BUILDING BLOCK ON SOUTH-SOUTH AND TRIANGULAR COOPERATION, BRUSSELS 5-6 MARS 2012

One hundred and forty two (142) participants from partners of South-South and Triangular Cooperation (from countries, multilateral and regional organizations, and civil society organizations) met in Brussels in March 5-6 2012, to launch the Building Block (BB) on South-South and Triangular Cooperation.

The 22-member Panel, established by the Secretary-General in August 2010 to formulate a new blueprint for sustainable development and low-carbon prosperity, was co-chaired by Finnish President Tarja Halonen and South African President Jacob Zuma.
