Brussels, 17 July 2017, 2017/ ACP: The Prime Minister of Guinea Bissau and President of the Council of Ministers H.E. Umaro Sissoco Embalo (left) paid a courtesy call on the ACP Secretary General H.E. Dr. Patrick Gomes at the ACP Secretariat in Brussels.
