Synthése du rapport Général du 1er Congrès Panafricain sur la culture et ses liens avec l’économie en Afrique, 17-18 Novembre LOME, TOGO.
 
Ayant pour thème : La culture, levier du développement en Afrique. Ce congrès  s’est tenu les 17 et 18 novembre 2011 à Lomé (Togo), au siège de la Banque d’Investissement et de Développement (BIDC) de la CEDEAO. 
 
Le congrès a eu pour but de démontrer que la culture contribue réellement à la croissance économique et qu’elle est l’un des moteurs incontournable du développement. En effet face au déficit de compréhension dont souffre encore le secteur culturel en Afrique, le défi du congrès a été de convaincre les responsables publics et opérateurs économiques de promouvoir efficacement l’activité culturelle sur le continent africain.
